- Mobile Applications. ONION M-BPM, a solution for the use via mobile devices of the Balanced Scorecard ONION BPM system, optimised for the Intel® Centrino® mobile technology, is awarded by Intel the logo "Runs Great on Centrino".
- Network Management. Important italian pharmaceutical group contracts ONION for a training activity on network management in Microsoft environments.
- Call Center. Primary insurance company, belonging to an important national banking group, contracts ONION for the implementation of its call center customer-facing.
- Technology Improvement. ONION is assigned a contract for the co-ordination and implementation of an estensive technology improvement programme for the largest research center in Italy in the telecommunication sector.
- TLC Services. ONION extends its supply profile for an international group active in the telecommunication sector. The extension involves software development, system test, and technological/methodological support.
- Java Developments. The Italian subsidiary of the largest European operator of mobile telephony contracts ONION for the development of a further set of functional evolutions of Java applications in the B2B and B2C portal.

Important company in the Real Estate sector renews its trust in ONION for the maintenance of CRM applications in Facility Management and Property Management.
- Multimedia contents.
ONION develops and releases a set of CD-ROMs for the presentation of the products catalogue of an important company in the components sector.
- Remedy projects.
ONION releases an important functional extension of an application for sales force automation in a primary company in the media services. At the same time, the system has been ported on Remedy Mid-tier.
- Process Improvement.
