- Another good half-year for ONION. First-half results for ONION in 2003 are positive once again. Despite the negative macro-economic outlook, ONION maintains the record-sales of the same period in 2002 and improves profitability.

- Software engineering in electronics. An important Italian contract manufacturing company contracts ONION for the IT set-up of a new production line in the Abruzzo region; ONION will take care of software applications, IT infrastructure and IT Security aspects.
- Software engineering in pharma. A pharmaceutical multi-national company selects ONION for the development of a custom accounting system; development will be performed in Java/ JSP/ WebSphere.
- XML/ XSL technologies. ONION is contracted to develop a XML/XSL based solution for an important automotive company.
- SAP HR. ONION completes the set-up of the HR (Human Resources) module for an important manufacturing group; the project is expected to be extended to Travel Management and Employee Self Service features.
- Business Intelligence. The statistical reporting system for the monitoring of banking support services has been developed by ONION for an important service center. The system, fully Web-based, is based on a Microsoft platform and is open to customers with specific profiles.
- Business Intelligence - OLAP. Onion extends the BI solution used by the R&D of an important telecommunication group with OLAP (On Line Analytical Processing) features.
- Help Desk. ONION releases the first version of a Remedy-based module for POS and ATM assistance in an important service center in the banking sector.
- Asset Management. ONION starts the evolution of an Asset Management system for desktops and IT/TELCO platforms in an important group of banks in Northern Italy. The system is going to be web accessible over Remedy 5.1.
- Call Centre. The new customer assistance site of a primary company in the Facility Management sector has been activated by ONION. The system is based on Remedy 5.1 both for the workflow engine and the web application services.
- Software Engineering. An international manufacturing group contracts ONION for the simulation and testing of safety-critical systems.
- E-Commerce funding. The E-Commerce project submitted by ONION under the provisions of the Italian Law n.388 has been positively evaluated and included in the official list of the eligible projects by the Ministry of Industry.
